Responsibilities:
- Assist the related department with line extensions and new prospect development, including: researching materials, components for bidding purposes and managing development programs.
- Develop Package concepts and prototypes with input from the Customer, Sales, and Manufacturing.
- Design and execute the Validation of these package designs to qualify them for commercial release, coordinating with outside services where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Customer and Manufacturing to develop Protocols, sponsor the Study, and publish Reports for new package design validations. As required, perform a similar role for new Tooling and Fixtures.
- Perform Process, Equipment FMEA Studies and Risk Analysis when required.
- Develop and publish various Controlled Documentation on a project basis, including: Top Level Documents, Manufacturing Documents (MP and training aids), and Trace documents (Job Travelers, Forms, etc.).
- Lead the training effort for new and revised projects, including Pilot Builds, 1st Article Samples, and provide ongoing Manufacturing support for existing product lines.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives for processes, documentation and within the Engineering department and company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering – Others or equivalent.
250 Full-Time and Contract position available.
