Managing the Financial Planning function, including budget preparation, quarterly cash flow monitoring and planning as well as maintaining compliance for debt covenants.Liaised with external consultants and auditors in ensuring the achievement of the reporting deadlines.Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required for syndicated creditors, consultants, auditors and well as for internal analysis purposes.Responsible for collating and overseeing the statutory reporting of the Group and also ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards and principlesResponsibility for keeping abreast of accounting developments to ensure that the quality and integrity of the accounts is maintained and Statutory Reporting compliance is achieved by understanding Indonesian Accounting Standard.Consult with the Division / Group / Corporate Controller’s department regarding the development of new policies, changes to existing policies and the related compliance.Involved with Company programs, projects, and objectives which require extensive communication and interactions with business unit controllers and Finance Department within the organization.
