Responsibilities:
The Job
Reporting to the Head of the Indonesian Branch, you shall be responsible to work and develop distribution channels in Indonesia to expand the market for a range of globally recognized industrial products.
The role shall include increasing market penetration, developing new markets into other parts of Indonesia, drive marketing campaigns and initiatives, support sales channels, monitor/facilitate flow of information with distribution channels and provide market information and statistics.
*5 day work week.
**Product training is provided.
Requirements:
The Person
You have a passion for business development and an entreprenuerial mindset.
You possess strong experience in business development of industrial products for the Indonesian market.
You also possess Indonesian channel sales management experience in industrial products.
You possess a good command in English and have strong presentation skills.
You have at least a degree in Engineering in either Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing related discipline or equivalent.

The Job
Reporting to the regional HR head, you shall be responsible for general human resource cum office administration duties for the Jakarta office with a small workforce. Your responsibilities shall include recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, leave administration, handling any employees’ grievances, advising other departments on policies, keeping abreast with labour law regulations, arranging for staff travel and accommodation, insurance and other general office administration work.
*5 day work week
Requirements:
The Person
You are an analytical, meticulous and hands-on person. You are also a believer of the importance of HR role within an organisation.
You are able to work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
You possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and are able to be tactful with people in a multi-cultural environment.
You possess a Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 3 years of general HR working experience(payroll experience is not required, not part of the job requirement).
Experience in an MNC environment is preferred.
You are able to communicate in grammatically correct English and speak fluent English.
You are currently residing in Jakarta (interviews will also be held in Jakarta).
