Oracle DeveloperCilegon (Banten)

Responsibilities:

The Information Technology Support Engineer is responsible for installing & maintaining of Oracle based ERP system.

Work with users to determine data needs and to formulate and refine requests

Evaluate requests from user to support the most efficient solutions and responses.

Use Oracle’s Forms/Reports 6i to enhance and maintain application screens and reports

Knowledge and experience of create or modify Oracle procedures using PL/SQL and database triggers

Run SQL queries with join inner join and sub queries inline views etc.

Unit testing, creation of test plans and provide testing support for Systems and User testing

Work within a team environment to learn case processing and collaborate on user requirements and requests

Requirements:

Male

A minimum of Three 4-6 years of extensive programming experience with Oracle databases and applications using Oracle Forms

Experience Developing Oracle Forms and Reports in 6i.

Ability to create and use SQL and PL/SQL

High level of written and communication knowledge, using the English language

Ability to learn and understand the general business functions of Manufacturing (Petrochemical Domain) Industry

Detail-oriented with ability to work independently

Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English

Good interpersonal relationship, computer literacy, analytical, and able to work under pressure

Willing to be place in CILEGON

Automation Senior ManagerJakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Ensures that automation activities align with enterprise vision, mission, and goals
Plan, analyze, develop and propose all activities related to Manufacturing Automation
Follow-up, monitor, control and ensure the implementation and progress of Manufacturing Automation projects
Collaborates and oversees the relationship with IT, and monitors the effectiveness and use of IT tools and systems as they apply to automation and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with internal team, vendor and customer to drive the accomplishment projects
Supervises the development and implementation of automation guidelines (equipment, operation documentation, training, digital security, enterprise asset automation planning, data management, etc.)
Works with other automation team business?unit representatives and business?unit leadership to establish a common understanding and focus for automation
Responsible for automation competency development across the business units
Creates strategic alliances and sets corporate preventive maintenance guidelines
Design and implement automation key performance indicators (KPI’s) to monitor operational improvements
Works with the automation team to identify the automation assets critical to the enterprise
Ensures timely and accurate preparation of all engineering documentation and specifications required for the successful implementation of the projects and to meet the documentation needs of the customer as agreed to in the order acceptance

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in IT/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Experienced and comprehensive in Automation and/or Robotic minimum 10 (ten) years and minimum 5 (five) years in managerial level
Experienced in project management
Strong operational and change management experience
Demonstrated networking and collaboration skills; works effectively with colleagues from other improvement initiatives
Strong facilitator, change agent, and communicator
Able to think strategically in terms of culture, behavior, business processes, and tools
Good appreciation of customer needs at both the operational and strategic level
Having strong knowledge about procedure system in manufacturing business
Having knowledge of ISO, TPM, LEAN, Continuous Improvement Concept
Independent, creativity, ingenuity, able to thrive in fast paced
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Team player with exceptional coordination skill
Fluent in English (both oral & written), speak Mandarin is advantaged
Willing to travel some countries
Work experience in a shoe factory is an advantage

Has experience of ISO 14001 and OHSAS or TIS 18001
Certification of AK 3 from Labor Dept.
Able to handle the duty of Safety Health Environment and fire Fighting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to Use MS. Windows and MS Office
Competencies in problem analysis, Presentation skill, delegation and follow up
High responsibility, hard work and good motivation.
Accurate in numbers, proactive, good motivation
Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
