The employer of this position is subsidiary of the multinational company which is based in Japan and is a world leader in various areas. Currently they are looking for the project legal advisor for their power generation facilities.
Contract Legal Advisor for Power Plant Development ProjectsUp to JPY 460,000 monthlyJapan – Yokohama
Responsibilities:
Legal Advisor will manage and assist various juridical and legislative procedures related to the power plants construction and power plant management. Projects are in different countries, while working place is Japan. He/She will:
Regulate and ensure legitimate of export operations based on international and local laws.
Review, edit and manage contracts and other documents.
Perform routine legal researches and other tasks to support fast and smooth progress of the projects.
Analyze and summaries the information and documents related to the projects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Law.
At least 5 years of working experience in managing/assisting management of legislative procedures of industrial projects.
Experience in export administration and knowledge of international laws.
Native level English Language skills.
Be ready for rare business trips to the project countries.
Experience in legal advising for power plant projects is an asset.
