Responsibilities:
Digitally photographs all corporate events and exhibits and provide timely follow-up including slideshows and photos as needed
Responsible for the photo-taking of company’s internal functions & events
Works with related parties to discuss the images they require and how they want to use them
Liaises with other professionals, including graphic designers, Corporate Communication Manager, Investor Relations and Creative Directors
Organizes and edits photos before placing into digital asset management system
Sets up a photo shoot, including renting space, hiring models or assistants, and obtaining relevant equipment
Tracks and maintains all photographic equipment
Requirements:
University graduatein Photography, Visual Arts, Digital Media Design or related field or equivalent
Minimum of 5 yrs corporate photography work experience
Knowledge in lighting, spacing, editing techniques and film development to enhance photos
Experience with Mac and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc
Flexible and available at moment’s notice for special events
Work within deadlines to meet department’s requirements and flexible in working hours

Responsibilities:
Main duties
Process all official cash withdrawals and deposits with the local bank.
Prepare calculation ofpayment of staff salaries, overtime payments, staff claims
Manage cash-flow by monitoring bank accounts, cash forecasting, monthly funding and bank reconciliation
Account closing preparation and completion of all relevant reports
Handle queries from supplies/staff, providing assistance for claims, charging codes etc.
Provide support in other activities within the team, as required
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in a multicultural organisation
A minimum of Diploma Degree in Finance or related field of study
Flexibility, resilient under pressure and decisive with a proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within tight deadlines
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus
Ability to work with people of different levels and backgrounds
Strong English and Indonesian language skills, both written and spoken
Be proficient in MS Office applications
This is a part-time position that requires you to work 3 days per week. Details will be further discussed during the interview.
