Responsibilities:

- Sales and Marketing Regional Manager located in Singapore
Job scope
- Find out the business opportunities with the market intelligence such as
* Volume
* Product profile and packaging
* Price and pricing structure through the value chain
* Competitive analysis
* Sales channel
- Be responsible to the annual sales budget in volume, revenue and gross profit* Liaise with the Distributor to establish the annual budget* Propose and liaise with the Distributor to implement the annual operating plan in the targeted country
? Product launch and communication around the product? Training plan with the technical service team? Promotion and advertisement? Set up the incentive program for/with the distributor? Measure the impact of the promotion& advertisement action* Periodic reporting to the reporting line
? Monthly report that covers the business highlight, sell-out info of the distributor, market analysis, competition activities etc.? Weekly report covering the follow up of the former week and the week action items- Propose the mid term (3 – 5 years) sales plan to improve PRODUCTS positioning in the market* Evolution of volume, revenue and profit* Appropriate product mix to be developed for the market
Requirements:
Working location:
- Jakarta, Indonesia with travels across Indonesia
Required skills:
- At least 5-10 years experience in Marketing for retail or whole sales, lubricant retail market preferable- Bachelor degree – Marketing and/or Technical background- English – fluent in both speaking and writing- Team work oriented- Proactive, self-starter- Minimum PC skill such as Microsoft office- Motorsport enthusiast will be a plus

Purpose / Direction / Mission of this role:The Country Manager has responsibility to be sales focused for the performance of the existing business and must maximise Operating Profit, Return on Investment and Return on Cash from the existing Base Business in the country.
In addition the Country Manager will have responsibility to grow the business from existing revenues to revenue targets set for next 24 -36 months delivering the required operating margins. The Country Manager will own and execute the growth plan for the country and will recruit and build the necessary team to achieve this objective.
The Country Manager will coordinate and work with regional / group functional leaders to execute against set objectives and standards for the country and have ultimate accountability for all the functions within country i.e. Sales,Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR / Team Management.
