Key Account ManagerJakarta Raya – Jakarta
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with min. GPA 3.00
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in modern trade for Fast Moving Consumer Good
* Managing both of national and local chain store
* Familiar with retailer, distribution & key account process
* Active in English both written & spoken, mandarin speaking is an advantage
* Company background can be principal, retailer, or distributor
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Develop Yearly Account Planning, Game Plan, Account Fact File and measurements (sales volume, budgeting, shared growth, promotion activity, strategic execution, and time line)
* Develop yearly Modern Trade Budget Spending ( Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Account Specific Program, Fix Rebate, Conditional Rebate, Common Assortment Fee, and Others program)
* Planning, conducting, and organizing the execution of consumer promotion at Account.
* To ensure the distribution of the customers? order are delivered with in the targeted service level.
* To maintain a good relationship with major key accounts.
* Monitoring and analysis the market situation, in the short term, medium, and long term including market share growth, competitor activity and consumer update.
* Develop Yearly Account Planning, Game Plan, Account Fact File and measurements (sales volume, budgeting, shared growth, promotion activity, strategic execution, and time line)
