Front Office Manager/AssistantKuala Lumpur (Malaysia) – 55, Jalan Maharajalela, 50150 Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for all operations of the front office; including the concierge, transport and luggage services
Responsible for the management of front office personnel such as staff training and shift scheduling
Motivate and provide leadership to cultivate Front Office team that is self motivated and focused on delivering good and quality services
Monitor departmental costs to ensure performance against budgeted
Maximizes revenue and profitability through up-selling program and incentives
Record details of works in Duty Manager Log Book and take necessary actions
To manage and maintain  the targeted occupancy as per Hotel’s performance objective

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Hotel Managament/Tourism Services or equivalent
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese ( optional )
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
Initiative, high sense of responsibility
Planning and organizing the Front Office Department
Result driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard
Full-Time position is available
 Applicants should be Malaysian Citizen or hold relevent residence status

Front OfficeJakarta Raya

 

Responsibilities:

Monitor all the alarms which are displayed at application level, hardware level and server level.
Report the corresponding supporting teams by raising critical alarms with trouble tickets.
Work with the teams and make sure that the tickets get resolved within the time as defined in SLAs.
Ready to work on shifts.
Knowledge on the usage of monitoring and management tool preferably HP Open view.
Good knowledge on excel and very good communication skills.
Coordination with all the tiers till final closure of the trouble ticket.
Knowledge and importance on Functional and Hierarchical escalation.
Require to generate reports in regular basis on the overall monitoring tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree majoring IT engineering or TELCO
Fresh graduate are welcome
Posses basic troubleshooting skills in network, application, server incident management
Have IT experience
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
Have positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination skill.
Good Communication, Behavior and Customer centric skills should posses
100% adherence to process and shifts.
