SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE/CONSULTANT (SME/SMC)Jakarta Raya – Full time home based job
Responsibilities:
To be part of the Business Development Team to work on client acquisition and servicing (Quota Driven with commission)
To understand client needs and be able to convey that to the Technical Team (no technical experience required)
To understand the trends on the Internet particularly in social media, such as Facebook, Blogs, Forums and other Internet community based sites
To be able to advise clients on what kinds of services are best suited for them and to aid them in implementations if needed
Requirements:
Pleasant and Outgoing personality
Sales experience required. Minimum 2 years
At least a degree in any discipline. Must be sales and numbers driven
Good presentation, writing and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English
Knows and understands the latest social media tools, including our company’s services
Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team
Highly motivated, pro-active and dynamic to adapt to changes quickly
Candidates with at least 5 years of Sales experience will be considered for senior positions
Short listed candidates will be required to take a 2hour written test

The Job
Reporting to the regional HR head, you shall be responsible for general human resource cum office administration duties for the Jakarta office with a small workforce. Your responsibilities shall include recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, leave administration, handling any employees’ grievances, advising other departments on policies, keeping abreast with labour law regulations, arranging for staff travel and accommodation, insurance and other general office administration work.
*5 day work week
Requirements:
The Person
You are an analytical, meticulous and hands-on person. You are also a believer of the importance of HR role within an organisation.
You are able to work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
You possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and are able to be tactful with people in a multi-cultural environment.
You possess a Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 3 years of general HR working experience(payroll experience is not required, not part of the job requirement).
Experience in an MNC environment is preferred.
You are able to communicate in grammatically correct English and speak fluent English.
You are currently residing in Jakarta (interviews will also be held in Jakarta).
