You must be able to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance and be customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations. Experience in managing a team as well as budget management, cost control and reporting is highly preferred. Previous P&L responsibility desirable.
