Process & Quality EngineerJakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Assist Process & Quality Manager to plan, build and maintain country process, customer satisfaction and internal control.
Be process & quality assistant for project leader and drive process development.
Manage problems/risks, make continuous improvement, and communicate with customers to ensure process compliance and fulfillment.
Provide the methodology, tools and training on process & quality management and promote the culture of quality management.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree and above.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer satisfaction management, continuous improvement, process optimization.
Strong practical knowledge in business process such as Sales, Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
Experience in multinational telecommunication or IT industry is preferred.
Good command of English verbal and writing skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Regional Acceptance ManagerJakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Ensure documentation for Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta Milestone meet on time respectively.
Achieved high approval rate (Good Doc Quality) for documentation submitted to customer.
Monitoring and ensure the accuracy of the database on site.
Enforce the SLA base on the documentation milestone.
Analysis on the documentation approval timeline allowed.
Push subcontractor for achievement target for documentation.
Maintain good relationship with Regional MS team & Regional customer.
Contact point for Huawei HQ and escalation 

Requirements:

Have more than 4 years telecommunication field working experience, and more than 2 years acceptance management experience.
Good understanding 2/3G network.
Good verbal and written communication skill in English is a must. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
Positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivated and good coordination skills.
Willing to work and travel to all regions of Indonesia

Responsibilities:

The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.

Responsible for the overall south pacific marketing strategy and initiatives
Work with the senior leadership team to define priorities, and provide strategic insight into regional sales priorities to maximize marketing impact
Develop and implement regional marketing plans and strategies that contribute to the growth and brand awareness of company’s products and services (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.)
Ensure country/operational go-to-market plans & executions are aligned with overall regional marketing plan
Manage the regional marketing budget and support development of regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective and appropriate marketing ROI. Oversee project budgets as relevant, including sourcing competitive quotes, negotiating media buys, and advertising budgets

Oversee creation and implementation of sales collateral’s for the sales team.

Requirements:Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of work experience, educational background & language skills.

At least 12 years experience in a broadly based marketing management role, including accountability for budget and planning , MBA Preferred
Experience in enterprise products or IT sector
Must be a strategic thinker, direct team management experience of at least 5 years. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated career progression within a high profile organization – assignments in both developed and emerging markets is a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:

Monitor all the alarms which are displayed at application level, hardware level and server level.
Report the corresponding supporting teams by raising critical alarms with trouble tickets.
Work with the teams and make sure that the tickets get resolved within the time as defined in SLAs.
Ready to work on shifts.
Knowledge on the usage of monitoring and management tool preferably HP Open view.
Good knowledge on excel and very good communication skills.
Coordination with all the tiers till final closure of the trouble ticket.
Knowledge and importance on Functional and Hierarchical escalation.
Require to generate reports in regular basis on the overall monitoring tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree majoring IT engineering or TELCO
Fresh graduate are welcome
Posses basic troubleshooting skills in network, application, server incident management
Have IT experience
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
