Requirements:
In both roles, we are after someone who has English as a first language, or speaks and writes as if it is. The ability to communicate in an Asian language would be an advantage. Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore, Mumbai, Shanghai, or Beijing are potential posts but the location is not fixed.
Knowledge of the food business and trends, food ingredients, formulation, functional foods and supplements in the Asian market is useful but not mandatory. Being an accomplished editor and/or journalist, on the other hand, is.
