Technician InstrumentationBrunei Darussalam
Responsibilities:
Carry out Routine Preventive and Corrective maintenance on Water Treatment Plants instrumentation equipment such as: Flow meters, Level meters , Differential pressure Transmitter, Temperature sensors, Water Quality Analysers, Electric Actuators, PLC’s and other related instrumentation devices.
Perform Instrument Calibration when needed to ensure instrument reading reliability.
Install, Test and Commission Instrumentation Equipment Such as: Flow meters, Level meters, Differential Pressure Transmitter, Temperature sensors, Water Quality Analysers and other related instrumentation devices.
Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on Water Treatment Plant SCADA and Telemetry system.
Troubleshoot and repair Instrumentation equipment, SCADA/Telemetry system in case of breakdown.
Prepare Daily and monthly report for all the activities that was perform
Requirements:
Must be a Graduate of Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or any relevant course
Must have 1- 2 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance Service, Experience should be in the field of Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
Knowledge in Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature transmitter and other related instrumentation equipment
Knowledge in Analytical Instrument (pH, Colour, Turbidity, Fluoride, chlorine).
Knowledge in Water Treatment Plant Process is an Advantage.
Basic Knowledge in SCADA and Telemetry is an Advantage.
Computerliterate with Good Analytical Skills for Data Processing and Reporting.
Must have exceptional ability to solve problems and good Communication Skills.
Valid Driving licence

The successful engineers will:
Work on the planning and initial quotation stages of power plant projects.
Draw the conceptual or overall design of the instrumentation systems.
Plan and design necessary equipment, control components, and facilities to be installed in the instrumentation systems.
Define specification and quantity of necessary control components, and make the initial estimation of instrumentation systems.
Complete control, instrumentation erection, and commissioning activities of power plants projects.
Compile initial project proposals and bidding documents.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
5 years experience in planning, designing, and operating of Power Generation Systems, Oil & Gas, Gas Turbine Industry, or Electricity & Utility.
Experience in making project proposals, project plans, and estimation of power plants.
Experience in design, calibration, installation of power plant instruments.
Knowledge of controlling protocols for instrumentation, distributed control systems, and controlling facilities.
Fluent in English language.
2 Full-Time positions available.

Identifying the problematic parts and replacement of defective parts, bringing spares from stores as per instructions of engineer
Records build up as per the formats
Maintain all types of standard instruments
Keeping all standard, instruments ready for usage
Set points checking, logic checking
Inspection and cleaning of field instruments
Requirements:
Graduate Diploma of Instrumentation
Minimum 2 years experience in Instrumentation
Having basic principles of various measurements
Able to read / understand logic and loop drawings
Having knowledge of using standard instruments
Problem solving ability
House keeping and up keeping instruments
Interest in continuous learning
