Responsibilities:

To handle the monthly closing account and daily accounting operation including process vendors payment, petty cash disbursement and payment receipts
Responsible in reconciliation of cashbook, petty cash book, debtor ledger, creditor ledger, etc
Responsible to prepare fixed asset and audit schedule
To follow up on outstanding customers payments & debt-collection
Responsible for assessing and analysing the credit application forms
