Responsibilities:

 Responsible for all operations of the front office; including the concierge, transport and luggage services
Responsible for the management of front office personnel such as staff training and shift scheduling
Motivate and provide leadership to cultivate Front Office team that is self motivated and focused on delivering good and quality services
Monitor departmental costs to ensure performance against budgeted
Maximizes revenue and profitability through up-selling program and incentives
Record details of works in Duty Manager Log Book and take necessary actions
To manage and maintain  the targeted occupancy as per Hotel’s performance objective

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Hotel Managament/Tourism Services or equivalent
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese ( optional )
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
Initiative, high sense of responsibility
Planning and organizing the Front Office Department
Result driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard
Full-Time position is available
 Applicants should be Malaysian Citizen or hold relevent residence status
