Responsibilities:
Manage the overall team Machining group consist of equipments, tools, consumables, and man power planning (production hours & productivity) and ensure that the machining process of Blade Ring in conformance with quality and OTD target
Consistently provide satisfying machining performance result
Monitor schedule of manufacturing
Support and work constantly with 5S program
Requirements:
Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
Have knowledge in Basic Production Management
Have min. 2 years experience as a Machining Foreman in company similar to Siemens
Have experience in machining tool and process
Good in English, both written and spoken
Target oriented person who consistently provide satisfying result
Good discipline and responsibility
Willing to be placed in Cilegon

Planner – Machining Production SupportCilegon (Banten)
Responsibilities:
Consolidate all on going and forecast projects to production machining load planning, based on updated load planning from Order Management
Perform multi machining planning of all projects, include arrangement of machine & manpower allocation (and other resources); including identifying all components which has to be subcontracted
Prepare detail schedule for each single machining projects as basic for project controlling
Perform monitoring & controlling of running projects
Identify and eliminate machining production bottlenecks
Requirements:
Male
Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
Have experience (at least 3 years) in the related field (Planner) in steel fabrication & machining scope / factory.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and software skills. Familiar with mastering in production planning & scheduling package such as Primavera, MS Project, Excel modeling etc
Good business result orientation

Good leadership and teamwork
Physically and mentally healthy
Flexible, can work either in a team or indepently
Willing to be placed in Cilegon
