Responsibilities:
To manage all civil department activities including the execution of necessary civil engineering & procurement tasks for all projects and to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and with the highest possible quality.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.
at least 10 years in an engineering environment covering a wide range of projects
at least 5 years as a project Team Leader or Department Head supervising civil design.
Good understanding of management, engineering, procurement and construction practices and a reasonably good knowledge of process industry.
Pulp & Paper/Palm oil Refinery project experience and international work experience desirable.
