Drilling Operations Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
To Assist Drilling Operation Support Superintendent in the planning and programs for the maintenance works of Drilling Rig Kutai-3.
To Assist Drilling Operation Support Superintendent in the planning and programs for the wellhead maintenance works.
To Assist Drilling Operation Support Superintendent in the planning and programs for the support works for the operation of Drilling Rig Kutai-3 and other Drilling Rigs as Required.
To Assist Drilling Operation Support Superintendent in the planning and programs for the support works for the operation of Rigless, Wirelines, and Well Operations as Required.
To become Lead Engineer in Drilling Operation Support Section.
To well coordinate with Drilling Departments in supporting Drilling Operations.
To manage support works at Mud Plant and Mud Barge for supplying and transferring of SOBM and Saraline for Rig Operations.
Responsible in managing and coordinating all various welding fabrication activities.
Responsible in monitoring sufficient stocks or inventories of parts, equipments, and materials to support Drilling Rig Kutai-3 operation, wellhead maintenance works, and welding fabrication works.
Responsible in planning and monitoring of contracts implementation under Drilling Operation Support.
To Support Superintendent in implementing HSE programs in Drilling Operation Support.
To Administer, record, and to monitor all operations under Drilling Support Operations, both in schedule and the cost.
Requirements:
S1 in Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years experience relate with Drilling Operation in Oil and Gas industry.
Willing to work in field – East Kalimantan
Strong HSE experience and commitment
Proactive and have “can do” and “strive for excellence” attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Computer literate.

Production /Operations ManagerEast (Singapore) – Will be posted to Batam, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Overall Management of factory, production planning, material planning, warehosue, inventory control, quality assurance, technical and logistics management :-
Production Planning and Control.
Maintain production schedule and comply with the agreed delivery schedule.
Conduct Pre-production meeting to determine order/quantity allocations and order/delivery requirements.
Maintain a master plan with order status to keep track of the continuous loading of work within the monthly capacity of production.
Monitor actual production output on a day to day basis and work within the production lead time allocated to each style running in the production line and take necessary actions to prevent failure in meeting the delivery schedule.
Resolve day to day production issues to meet company’s daily/monthly production target.
Monitor the quality performance of every department.
Follow up on quality issue on raw materials and provide information and report to Purchaser to negotiate with suppliers for immediate replacement.
Conduct daily production meeting with IE department, cutting/packing department, production coordinators and supervisors to discuss production lead time, manpower, machine requirements and quality requirements. Allocate alternative course of actions in case of unexpected delays occurred during production period.
Delegate IE personnel to assist the supervisors in monitoring low efficiency workers and study the cause of not meeting the required target for the operation.
Assigned IE department to conduct man/machine requirements and line layout. Coordinate with chief mechanic in the fabrication of sewing attachments and fixtures.
Monitor material utilization and minimize wastages in the cutting department by developing cutting procedures to maintain accuracy in issuance and cutting of fabric.
Develop ways and means for continuous improvement in the manufacturing area, to achieve higher productivity with minimum overtime
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Textile/Fashion or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literacy, good management/communication skills,
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in garment manufacturing environment is required for this position.
