- Revise existing Job Roles and create Job Roles for new positions
- Work on HR Business Process
- Assist OD Manager in monitoring KPI – Balanced Scorecard
- Handle Performance Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
