Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial, administrative and personnel services in order to support operational Mall.
Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure
complete and accurate records of all moneys
Requirements:
Male/Female, Age 23-27 years
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Have experience 3 years in same position.
Full-Time positions available.

Improvement & Fit Out OfficerJakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and controlling all related things to Tenants Fit Out.
Ensure that Tenants Fit Out process is going well and on schedule
Installation of the ship’s power plant, engines, and other machinery.
Interior equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Finishing of interior spaces and installation of furnishings.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture / Interior Design.
At least 1 years experience in similar position with deep knowledge in property; retail management and Trade Center.
Able to understand & analyze design & drawing for store fit out.
Creative, target oriented, team player, good leadership & self initiative.
Hard worker, detail, independent, Good communication skill and quick learner.
Able to operate Autocad, Photoshop, Corel, 3D Max.
