Responsibilities:
Reporting to the operations director, you liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance to bank indonesia regulations.
You ensure the functions of Compliance within Wealth Management is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and is smoothly carried out.You coordinate with Compliance function of Head Office and investigate, in conjunction with other support functions when necessary, and handle actual and potential compliance breaches and complaints.You advise Business and Functions on compliance and regulatory issues and develop and ensure compliance policies and procedures are in line with local regulatory, group and Investment Solutions requirements.You approve or arbitrate on new products and services as a permanent member of the New Products and Process Validation Committee (or equivalent).You provide training on compliance issues and promote compliance awareness and culture.You manage, supervise and lead the team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
