Responsibilities:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, reporting to the executive manager/owner. He/she will be accountable for the restaurant’s Profit and Loss and training and development of a group of young aspiring hospitality professionals. He/she is expected to deliver excellent customer service and keep to industry kpi’s wage budget.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Professional Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Perth,Western Australia.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Diploma in F&B Management or relevant field.• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Manager.• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.• Posses excellent leadership and customer service. • Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness/ hygiene and safety of kitchen. Good appearance.
