Responsibilities:

Implement & maintaining quality management system
Ensuring that operating staff follow Wis & check sheets
Achieving production and quality targets on daily basis
Changing operating paramaters to achieve quality
Release on specs material from batch tank for transfer to product silo
Trouble shooting, planning & coordination of maintenance activities to achieve production targets
Ensuring that safety system & equipment are working
Ensuring compliance with PTW and other safety procedures
Ensure compliance of systems such as 5s, ISO 9001 : 2000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Training operating staff on Wis & changes in Wis
Validation of subordinates
Planning manpower to man the duty positions

Requirements:

Male/Female, 30-35 Yrs old
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in chemical engineering from reputable university
7-10 year(s) of working experience in PTA / large scale petrochemical plant operation.
Have good command in English both oral & written
Good communication skills
Leadership, analytical skill, knowledge of chemical engineering
