Responsibilities:
Mencapai Target Revenue Growth (Primary Sales & Secondary Sales) yang telah ditetapkan oleh Manajemen.
Membuat Target Kerja salesman & team.
Membuat Order Booking.
Mengkoordinasi kerja bawahannya (sales team)
Melakukan pengawasan stok opname, monitoring stock dan laporan dinding, dll
Cek Distribusi barang di pasar / lapangan
Konfirmasi piutang dagang ke Toko
Menganalisa laporan stok, spesial order dan mengambil action terhadap stock yang masih banyak.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
