Business Development Manager – TalentSource Consulting Pte Ltd – Jakarta Raya
To work in general ways to sell products and to ensure the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target of all territory and region are achieved.
1. To sell the products through internal Sales team and Best Partner (Distributors) and geared them to achieve their Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target.
2. Develop and implement Marketing Plan for specific item(s)
3. Develop plan, strategy, and distribution with Channel/internal Sales team to achieve Top Line and Bottom Line.
4. Formulate communication strategy and program for the channel to strengthen brand equity, market share, product visibility, supports and customers’ relationship
5. Formulate and propose new product plan and innovation to market.
6. To give the internal Sales team a maximum support in their selling out activities through a proper field implementation of Sales forces operation and Marketing and Sales Promotion programs.
7. To ensure that the company obtained the maximum penetration and distribution throughout all prospected outlets according to the objectives set up by Sales and Marketing management.
Key areas of accountability:
To set up the Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Target for each territory & region in line with the National Sales Budget and Growth objectives.
To make adjustment and revision to the territory and region target set by internal Sales Team. Whenever necessary from time to time to achieves the National sales growth objectives.
To gear up and coordinate with internal Sales team in achieving their sales target and assisting them in general way to develop the Luminaire market.
To organize and give appropriate guidelines on the selling process together with Sales Territory Head.
To recommend any territory or region for training for product and selling skill within internal [Sales Territory Head & its team] also sales team of Best Partner.
To organize an implementation of any Sales Promotion/program activities within all territory & region as briefed by Marketing Management.
Together with the Sales Territory Head to initiate and conduct Market Development activities throughout all type of Outlets and Customers.
To assist the Sales Territory Head in implementing the Marketing and Sales Promotion programs either it is a National or locally designed.
To analyze the market situation, monitor Competitor activities, recommend and propose any necessary action accordingly including a Trade Promotion with Sales Territory Head, special deal or package offer to the Best Partner in an effort to block the competitors and reach the budgeted T/O.
To organize with Sales Territory Head for monthly & quarterly review for each region to monitor achievement and issue also to take action plan to achieves sales objective.
To appraise the monthly & quarterly performance of territory & region together with Sales Territory Head.
To maintain high standard with Sales Territory Head in ethical conduct and behaviour.
