Responsibilities:

Project sales support for solution in Power Plant industry, Chemical, Cement and other related industry.
Provide bidding, tendering support for the above mention industry.
Supporting local partners for project engineering and startup, commissioning for the above industry.
Required to lead project engineering support, installation, startup, commissioning.
Provide project management coordination with oversea project engineer.

Requirements:

To plan, implement & monitor the progress of project, including provide field and start up support, systems training activity.
Conduct project proposal and discussion, presentations together with project sales team.
Required to have the DCS project engineering experience.
Power Plant project experience will be added advantage.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, preferably major in Electronics or Electrical.
At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in DCS project engineering team.
Have multiple exposure to different type of DCS platform..
Strong background and understanding of various technical requirement of the target industry mention above. Example, Power Plant.

Job Description

Requirements:

Strong leadership, interpersonal, team building, facilitation, conflict management, influence management, and negotiation skills are required to effectively lead the project team to meet project goals.
Strong working knowledge of software development process/methodologies and telecommunications industries technologies is required.
Proficient in creating project plans and proficient in using MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
Strong working knowledge of standard project management discipline philosophy and the ability to apply this philosophy within Syniverse organizational framework is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required to effectively interface and communicate with all levels of management.
Requires 5+ years of project management experience in Telco /VAS products (under vendor’s environment)

Responsible for the overall south pacific marketing strategy and initiatives
